Our most popular Porchetta or roasted item is Tronchetto Di Porchetta. We take our natural loin, tenderloin, rib plate and belly and hand rub using all natural seasonings. We then roll the product, sew it together, and rope the exterior. Next, we roast it in our custom oven, the outside boasts a golden, Italian crackling, while the inside remains moist , united with the rich seasonings. 5 lbs. average. Pre- cooked. All you need to do is preheat your oven to 400 degrees and reheat for 45-60 minutes. |
