Smoked

 

In making smoked products, Broadleaf uses only the finest natural ingredients. The meats are cured the old fashioned way - slowly, so that the hickory flavor gently permeates the product. The smoked meats are vacuum packed and have a shelf life of 45 to 60 days when refrigerated at 34 to 36 degrees F.
