Wild Boar Chili
Ingredients
- 2 lb Wild Boar Meat (boneless leg cut or Medallions)
- 1 large Chopped Onion
- 2 cans (16oz) Diced Peeled Tomatoes
- 2 cans (16oz) Kidney Beans
- 1 cup Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Water
- 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- Salt and Pepper (add to your own preference)
Methods/steps
- Chop Wild Boar Meat to approx 1/4 cubes and quickly brown with Chopped Onions. Remove half juices once done. Add remaining ingredients, bringing to boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat for about 1 hour then a further 1/2 hour with lid off to thicken.
