Grilled Ostrich Mignon with Lime and Jalapeno
Ingredients
2 packages Broadleaf Ostrich Mignons
1 T. fresh ground ginger
1 T. fresh garlic
1/2 T. chopped jalapeno
1/2 fresh lime
salt and pepper
Methods/steps
Cover ostrich mignons with ginger, garlic, jalapeno, salt and pepper. Squeeze fresh lime over top and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Grill over medium-high heat for 8 minutes (for medium-rare), turning once.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
