Where are you located?
Broadleaf is located in Vernon, California. Vernon is an exclusively industrial city located south of Los Angeles. Our facility is conveniently located near the Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach, LAX International Airport and several transportation depots to maintain product importing and distribution efficiencies.
What is your Service Area?
Broadleaf offers a coast to coast distribution reach. We also service Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Broadleaf Sales Staff are available 6AM-5PM(PST) Monday through Friday to assist with orders and answer questions. Ground ship is available 5 days per week and air service 6 days per week. Shipping cut off time for next day delivery is 11AM(PST) via air service and 2PM(PST) via special courier.
Do you sell to the general public?
Broadleaf exclusively sells to distributors, retailers and wholesalers. We encourage all general public inquiries to contact our Sales Staff and you will be directed to an approved distributor or retailer in your local area.
How can I set-up an account?
Please contact our Accounting Department and we will electronically send a credit application to your attention. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review and consider your request.
How can I learn more about your products?
Broadleaf prides itself with offering a wide variety of unique, exotic and upscale products. Our experienced Sales Staff are available to answer any questions regarding our product list. In addition, we have educational brochures that can be sent to your attention. Broadleaf offers product seminars and staff are available to visit and meet with distributors.
Are there minimum order requirements?
No, there are not. Broadleaf can ship by the piece on selected products for a small surcharge, or by a single case. However, we encourage you to maximize the order to reduce the cost of freight. Broadleaf Sales & Logistics Staff are available to provide freight costs and weight requirements on all shipping methods.
Do you handle special requests?
Yes, Broadleaf is a service oriented operator. We will source all special requests and secure the best product & pricing. In addition, we offer specialized portion control cutting at our on premise USDA facility and are staffed for timely turnaround processing.
How do you source your products?
Broadleaf procurement efforts search the globe to ensure that we are offering the finest quality products available. All products offered meet or exceed USDA and FDA requirements. Broadleaf is an approved USDA Import Facility allowing us to inspect and clear all imported products on premise under the direct supervision of government officials.
