These ribeye steaks are cut from a wet-aged Signature Wagyu prime rib roast. Ribeye steaks are more richly marbled than other cuts, making the steak incredibly flavorful and tender.

This wagyu beef will ship to you frozen in a vaccum sealed package.  Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare for your meal.  It is best to thaw wagyu beef overnight in the refrigerator.  If kept frozen wagyu beef will last for 6 months.  Once thawed please use within 5 days.
