This wagyu beef will ship to you frozen in a vacuum sealed package.  Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare for your meal.  It is best to thaw wagyu beef overnight in the refrigerator.  If kept frozen wagyu beef will last for 6 months.  Once thawed please use within 5 days.
