Our Venison comes from family owned farms in New Zealand, where it is raised free ranging grass fed and adherers to a strict animal welfare code. The animals are never given any growth hormones, antibiotics or genetically engineered feed.

Broadleaf Venison features one-fifth the fat of beef while providing 70% of your daily protein from just a 3.5 oz. serving. That same serving is only 150 calories plus you get one-third of your daily Iron, B12 and Zinc with only one gram of saturated fat.

This grass-fed venison will ship to you frozen in a vacuum sealed package.  Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare for your meal.  It is best to thaw grass-fed venison overnight in the refrigerator.  If kept frozen grass-fed venison will last for 6 months.  Once thawed please use within 5 days.
