This grass-fed beef will ship to you frozen in a vacuum sealed package.  Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare for your meal.  It is best to thaw grass-fed beef overnight in the refrigerator.  If kept frozen grass-fed beef will last for 6 months.  Once thawed please use within 5 days.
