This buffalo will ship to you frozen in a vacuum sealed package.  Keep frozen until you are ready to prepare for your meal.  It is best to thaw buffalo overnight in the refrigerator.  If kept frozen buffalo will last for 6 months.  Once thawed please use within 5 days.
